Guided by simple mindfulness practices, Sharon will help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create a harmonious arrangement using fresh seasonal flowers.  In a welcoming and supportive environment, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with others, share stories, and celebrate the beauty of individual differences coming together.
