MYOB Basics

MYOB Basics

Learn the fundamentals of MYOB computerized accounts systems with our hands on approach.  Choose from a Tuesday evening course or Wednesday mornings.

Course Content

Bookkeeping using the MYOB computerized accounts system will introduce you to all the basics of MYOB. Our MYOB course will help you learn to create and maintain company files and records. The first class consists of an overview of bookkeeping processes.

Learn to:

  • Create the Accounts list
  • Set up Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Create invoices
  • Process payments
  • Reconcile Bank Accounts
  • GST
  • BAS Returns
  • Superannuation
  • Payment Summary
  • Year end reporting

You will acquire confidence in bookkeeping with this hands on approach to accounting using MYOB.

Prerequisites

Completion of the Nuts & Bolts of Bookkeeping course or a good knowledge of bookkeeping.

Fee Structure

Basic Fee: $220
Concession Fee: $200
Full Fee: $410 (for those who do not qualify for government funding, ie. overseas residents or school students)

Or else you can enrol at our Centre.

Make payment in full on enrolment either by cash, credit card or EFTPOS. In some circumstances, it is possible to arrange a payment plan. Conditions apply.

To finalise your enrolment, you will be asked to present your Medicare card at reception for us to sight and photocopy.  This is for proof of Australian residence purposes.  Concession card holders will also need to present their concession card.
