Meet Your Trainer!
I have a deep passion for all aspects of coffee. Training new Baristas on the finer points of coffee making has been a part of my working life for more than 30 years.
My work has taken me around Australia and Asia. To make great coffee takes more than good beans and a good espresso machine – it takes the passion of the Barista who really cares about the final result in the cup. My aim is to instill this passion and drive into all my trainees.
Remember: Coffee is an experience not just a drink
