Celebrate culture, music, dance and global flavours at DVLC’s Multicultural Festival! Join us for a vibrant community day.

Enjoy a vibrant celebration of culture, community and connection at DVLC’s Multicultural Festival on Friday 20 November 2026.

The activities invite everyone to participate. The day begins with a Welcome to Country ceremony, grounding the event in respect for our First Nations people and the stories of the land we gather on.

Following this, experience music and rhythms by joining an African Drumming Circle, then enjoy the tradition, colour and movement of the Chinese Lantern Dance – guests will be able to participate after the performance.

Savour a generous Lebanese buffet, showcasing rich flavours and traditional dishes.

To celebrate the diversity of our community, guests are also invited to bring along a cultural family recipe, story or tradition, to share on our community recipe board. These will be collated into a booklet after the festival.

The festival brings together music, dance and food to create a welcoming space where cultures are celebrated and community connections flourish.
