Supporting an autistic teen or adult to move toward employment can feel overwhelming. This practical workshop is designed to give parents, carers, families and employment consultants clearer strategies, useful tools and greater confidence when supporting autistic people on their pathway to meaningful work.
This session introduces Employism (Family Edition) — a practical, strengths-based approach that supports autistic job seekers through job readiness, job searching, recruitment, interviews, onboarding and the early stages of employment.
Whether you are supporting someone who is just starting to think about work, currently looking for employment, or finding the transition into a workplace challenging, this session will provide practical ideas you can use straight away.
