Build your strength and fitness, lose weight and have fun with our new pilates, dance, stretch and balance courses. Other benefits include reduced back pain, reduced stress and depression, better joints and improved flexibility. Our very experienced tutor, Julie Ouliarin, offers a variety of courses at a time to suit you. Courses are 8 weeks long and are aimed at beginners or those with some knowledge. The 1.5 hour classes include half an hour of stretching for warm up and cool down (so you won’t be exhausted).
The Modern Dance Class includes an introduction to various styles, with a focus on jazz and funk.
Why not try our Balance class? This class focuses on building strength, balance and control and is ideal for anyone who has balance problems.
Students in all classes will need to bring a bottle of water and wear fitted comfortable clothing such as leggings and a t-shirt. You will also need to wear runners (flexible preferred) or jazz shoes/joggers for the Dance course.
Pilates students will also need to bring a mat or a towel and wear clean socks.

Julie Ouliarin is a renowned instructor and manager/teacher/professional dancer, with over 25 years experience in the industry.
Starting out in Melbourne, Julie has operated her own practice as studio instructor and manager, teaching dance as a professional dance artist – nationwide and overseas, as well as operating her own pilates and rehabilitation studio designing programs interstate, and has taught and performed throughout Sydney. Julie is now back locally offering her programs.
