The second course in our series of three Computer Beginners courses. This computer course builds on beginners skills to improve your knowledge and capacity with computers, in a nurturing environment. Students will be using Microsoft Office 2016 and Windows 10. This course will also introduce you to Excel and PowerPoint. This course is aimed at adults of any age.

The course covers:
Working effectively in a windows environment.
File management.
Working effectively in Word.
Word tables.
PowerPoint creations, transitions and animations. Excel skills: basic charts, basic formulas and functions.
Develop word skills: Learn shortcuts, toolbar, changing case, bullets, numbering, format painter, copy and drag text, finds and replace, header and footer, working with tables, word art skills.

Using the latest software, develop word skills: Learn shortcuts, toolbar, changing case, bullets, numbering, format painter, copy and drag text, find and replace, header and footer, working with tables, word art skills. Intro to PowerPoint and intro to Excel, file management and more. Students will be using Microsoft Office 2016 and Windows 10.
