The Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) is funded by the Commonwealth Department of Home Affairs.

The program assists migrants and humanitarian entrants to develop the English they need to
settle successfully and participate socially and economically in Australian life.

AMEP provides 510 hours of English language tuition for migrants who hold a permanent
resident visa or an eligible temporary visa and who meet certain timeframes.
Childcare is available if required.
