Quilters Patch

Course Overview

In this relaxed & creative group you can pursue crafts in depth and learn a broad range of skills and techniques. Everybody is welcome, regardless of their knowledge and skill levels.

Work on your own project with the assistance of an experienced teacher and other members of the group. Past activities include – patchwork quilts and cushions, silk embroidery, machine and hand patchwork, candlewicking, soft toys and many more. Students provide their own materials and equipment. The Centre has two sewing machines for student use if preferred.

New students are welcome at any stage of the course when vacancies exist.  New students who wish to do their own project should contact the tutor by phoning the centre and leaving a message, to ensure the necessary equipment is available.
